Russell (Bill) statue is dedicated.

Artist: Ann Hirsch. In a rare return to Boston, Russell attends the ceremony at 1 City Hall Plaza. Others attending include President Barack Obama. Phase II of the monument, which includes sculptures of young children and tablets inscribed with quotations from Russell, is dedicated on October 28, 2015.
